Dear Balanced Well Health Center Patients:
We believe it is our responsibility to prioritize the health and well-being of our patients as well as the community as a whole. We are reaching out to share some steps we are taking to be proactive in the response to Covid-19.
In addition to the precautionary steps we are taking, we respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick or have travelled internationally in the past two weeks that you wait 10 day before you schedule an appointment.
We are sterilizing all surfaces, equipment and rooms and continuing to use disinfectant wipes and sprays. We encourage you to follow proper handwashing procedures. We are ensuring all of our team is in great health and able to provide care safely. We are prepared to respond to new developments and information regarding Covid-19 updates.
We are currently maintaining regular hours in our office. Thank you for trusting us with your care. We always have your safety and health in mind.
